SAG GROUP announces a joint venture with the Indian NAHARS Group — a strategic agreement signed last September that marks the creation of SAG NAHARS Autotech India Pvt Ltd.
The goal is to combine NAHARS’ strong local presence and commercial network with SAG GROUP’s European technological expertise, in order to meet the growing demand in Asian markets and strengthen international competitiveness.
No changes are planned for the current production sites, but the new partnership opens up significant growth opportunities for the Group in the motorcycle, automotive, and industrial sectors.
